This role has been vacant since October 2023 when it was previously held by David Stevenson who spent two years at the firm as regeneration and development director.
Matthew, who joins from Pocket Living, will oversee the development strategy for Dolphin Living, with a particular focus on the delivery of affordable homes in London.
At Pocket Living Matthew was responsible for planning and delivery of the developer’s unique 1b1p discount market sale housing and their first major built to rent scheme.

Prior to Pocket Living he worked at build to rent developer Essential Living and CBRE.
